Larson made his First Communion this past April! He's such a rule following, Christ like young boy! He prays for people who cuss, kids without homes, people without food,...a caring heart that we are very proud of! May you always be of this pure Christian heart, son! We love you!

I had to photograph Layton all dressed up for the event! He was a proud brother!

It's Been 4 Years!!!!!

So where do I begin? We've been busy growing up over the last several years! I just might pop in a 2011 -2012 set of pics mow and then. Here's a wrap up of k and 2nd grades. We enjoyed a summer of baseball and lake time! The beach pics will have to come in their own post! Too many to choose from!
Kindergarten for Layton was amazing, even though he didn't settle well with momma separation at first. I would bribe him to get out of car by coming for lunch, then I'd have to pry him off my leg. Whenever we had breaks off, he'd have to be retrained to walk back in to class! He loved school once he got adapted again! The fear of change, I guess? He loved mrs. Creswell! She chose him for a Christmas award from the North Pole conductor. He was given a golden ticket for putting others first! I'm so proud! His close friends in class were cousin Kenzie, Olivia Campbell, Jonah's sis, and Heath Owen. We had him over after school some, along with Kyle Henderson! I think he will always seem like a kindergartener to me bc he is my baby! That face and stance is forever etched in my brain! (Almost forgot that I was his sub on day 5 and a few other days...fun times....)
2nd grade was a phase of immense growth for Larson! He served on jump rope team and the lil dribblers team, along with keeping up proficient grades! He became a very strong reader! He had a small knee slapping part in their school play, too! He's Mr independent and does what's expected, plus a lil more! Mrs Henderson bragged on his precious caring heart! He was a good friend /role model in a lunch group she formed. His best bud was in his class, Davis Mulhearn! They were on the same soccer, baseball, and football teams! They have so many similarities and are both very athletic! I'm proud of this great bond they've created! I was also fortunate enough to be his class sub on a few occasions!
This pic was taken in June at their first visit to All Aboard Cafe. A train ran on a ceiling track and delivered our food! We had a great time and enjoyed our choo choo burgers!
