Seagrove Beach, FL

The pics say it all---Larson and Layton's First Beach Trip! Does every child know exactly what to do as soon as they hit the sand? My two acted as if they had grown up here! I guess they had enough background through BEACH books and videos. This was the most amazing place along the beach that I had ever visited! Besides the white sand, we had clear water, beach side cafes, bike/jog paths, nearby parks, vendors, etc. We were 15 minutes from Panama City Beach, which had Pier Park (like Branson Landing), but much more for kids to do. Larson and Layton rode a train that went around the shops, and played a few interactive jump games, etc. We went into town to do some go-carts and arcades. Their favorite part was always the ocean- finding sea shells, crab fishing, sand burying, boogey board surfing and sand angels! What a beautiful memory etched at this beautiful part of the world! Thank you dear Lord for the blessings we had during this family trip and the beauty of the beach to lay our eyes upon your glory!

When I Grow Up (UCA preschool Grad)

Name a dangerous job, and my son will pick it! Here's the real daredevil! I am so proud of him though and his geniune smile and caring heart towards others. I should also mention his sharp lil mind too! I know you will prosper in Kindergarten soon! You are ready, I'm the one that is not! SNIFF, SNIFF! Congratulations Lar Lar...we love you!

Jan/Feb--busy growing boys!

Layton is my newest model! He's a great poser now for some new shots of faded backgrounds! He's enjoying our new jungle gym in our new BIG backyard!
Larson's preschool (UCA) went to the LR ice rink. He was natural and ran on the ice too! He thinks he could be the next "ice princess"- ha! Sorry dad!

Larson's First Official Race

Larson, 4 years old, ran his first race KIDS RUN FOR KIDS (for the Soaring Wings Ranch) to benefit abused and abandoned kids. He did a great job and earned a medal too!

He was also an interactive spectator for the 1/2 marathon adult race. He and Layton used megaphones to support some of friends and family. Here is a pic of Larson holding Aunt Beth's sign, as she loves the Miley Cyrus song, "Party in the USA." There are race pics also posted on my biz blog.

Rodeo Day at Preschool

Larson had cowboy dress up day at school. He said that he wanted to be a nice cowboy, despite the black hat! A friend did tell us that he looked like a young George Strait! Ha! He came home with a black sheriff star painted on his face too- looked like the real deal!
Layton said, "Dress me too, Mommy!" I think they'd be adorable (and SIMPLE) costumes for Halloween, but they've got other plans! :) That's for a later posting!
I got some new equipment on my camera and Larson is always the willing model! I think his little cheeks are filling out now! This child has finally developed an appetite. He cleans his plate now and has food cravings! He's sprouting up a bit too....too big of a big boy now! ~:
